REVAMP WEB SERVICES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LEGAL DISPUTES This agreement and your relationship with Revamp Web Services shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Revamp Web Services agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the city of North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. 14. MODIFICATION We may make reasonable amendments to this agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our site. All amendments shall automatically be effective 30 days after they are initially posted on our site. While they maybe translated into other languages, to the extent that a translation of this agreement, the service, or any revser.com site is provided, it is afforded as a convenience only. For all purposes, only the English version of this agreement, and the English version of any Revamp Web Services sites shall be the official and binding version. Revamp Web Services is not responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the translation. You are solely responsible to carefully read AND UNDERSTAND the English text and YOU AGREE THAT YOU MAY NOT RELY on any translation AS AN OFFICIAL DOCUMENT OR REPRESENTATION.
